    Food was delicious and the service was top of the line. We’ve eaten at more elegant restaurants that serve be would think to have top notch service but they did not. Service here was excellent!

    Everything was amazing, from the service to the view to the food. The Burger Custom Made has the best guacamole out of all the restaurants at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta. Our shrimp and calamari appetizer was perfect and my husband and I shared the chimichurri steak sandwich. Our server divided the sandwich for us and the portions were still huge! I cannot remember the name of our server but he was lively, funny, and friendly. I highly recommend you visit this restaurant when you are staying at Vidanta!

    We have been several times. Our food was cold! Who wants cold fries? Cold hamburger? Our server never asked us if we wanted more drinks (which we did). No water refill. I am not usually a complainer but this time I could not over look it.

    Location is stunning, as is the entire resort. We were able to sit right on the water and watch the wildlife all around. Our server was very kind and attentive. Drinks were good but food was just ok and took an extremely long time. I had a baked potato that was undercooked and shrimp that was overcooked. My husband liked his burger (gave it an 8/10) but it was about $50 USD, for reference. For the price, we expected more. Would return for the drinks and atmosphere but probably skip dinner next time.
