We had the best experience at Burger Burger going to their drag event! The food was great, the cocktails were amazing and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. My friend is a vegetarian and they were so accommodating by switching out food on the platter so she would be able to eat everything. The staff were honestly wonderful and we will definitely be back :)

Overcooked, and Overpriced I reached out nearly a month ago in good faith to discuss an issue that we had in terms of service and treatment on the night of September 18th 2021. Though we had made a reservation for a birthday party in advance we received the following treatment: 1. Made to wait 15-20minutes to get seated, though much of the restaurant was empty 3. When we were finally seated, we had to wait an additional 10-15minutes to order drinks 1. At this point we had waited so long that one of our party members had to leave 2. When she had left, on the way out, there was a table of people sitting there and my friend asked if they had eaten yet/how long they were waiting. These people advised that they’d been waiting at least an hour with no food 4. After we received our drinks we had to prompt/ask if it would be possible to place a food order 5. After a significantly long wait received our food, much of which was incredibly overcooked, along with incorrect sides. The food was placed down so quickly and without thought that we weren’t able to place our next drink order, and we again Flagged someone down. 6. After we had ordered our drinks, and were one of the only remaining tables, we had to wait an additional 10-20minutes before they were brought to the table 7. When the time for the bill came around, we again had to prompt for it, as the staff was only focused on cleaning. We were happily handed an incorrect receipt totalling approximately 140GBP which we paid, and at no point did the server ask how our meal was, if we enjoyed etc. Today we received a reply from the owner advising they "cannot comprehend why you did not take a few minutes to speak to my manager on the evening to highlight that you had such a bad experience" We reached out the day after the event, and are really saddened that it has come to this after a month of attempting to connect and resolve the issue. Do not recommend.
