   Seat cushions in several booths had large rips in cloth which should be an embarrassment to the restaurant. The kid-sized $10 pie was a joke. Filthy mens restroom. Main meal was good but did not offset the ambiance.

   Our food and ambiance was perfect for our party of 8 celebrating Christmas Eve! Jason was a great server and every food item came out perfectly!

   Despite having a reservation, the hostess seated our 5 adults in a semi-circular booth which was too small. We should have refused and asked for a table because we were too crowded. The table right beside us had children who were playing on the floor, making things even worse. Our server tried to do a good job, but I think she had too many tables. Some of the food was good, but some was just so-so. Overall, not a successful Christmas dinner with friends.

   It was okay. Service was slow and food was decent. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here.

   Prices were too high for the food quality and quantity. I paid $20 for 3 small 1-2" diameter slider sandwiches and small plates of roasted vegetables. I was still starving when I left.

   I thought the restaurant was dated and dirty. Our booth bench seats both had large tears in the leather seating area. The restroom was absolutely filthy and an unpleasant sewer odor permeated the room. I’ve been to other Burntwood locations that were phenomenal but the Fairlawn location did not cut the grade

   Very nice atmosphere. We were seated promptly. Our server, Deb, was outstanding and a sweetheart. She was attentive, funny, and conversational, without ever being overbearing. Everything a server should be! I ordered a smoked Old Fashioned, and she ever did the smoking of the drink at our table so the smoke would not dissipate on the trip from the bar to the table! Food was excellently prepared and plentiful. All in all a great night out. Thanks Deb!

   The booth we were in my chair was broken and almost fell ! I had to seat a certain way to stay sitting !!! Fix your boothes !!!!!!

    We had a party of 10 and everyone was happy with their drinks and dinners and desserts. We also got 3 appetizers and the cauliflower and tator tots and flatbread was delicious!!
