   Food was 10/10 we got a little show with our steak being lit on fire at the table, the server was extremely nice and helpful definitely a good experience.

   We had a great time at Butcher and Barrel! Our cocktails and food were great as well as the service. Jeanette came by to check in with us and we will definitely be back!

   Steak sandwich dry. Could have added grilled onions or had side of au juice. Horseradish sauce very bland. Affogato tiny! Not worth the price. VERY good crème brûlée!

   This is a fantastic restaurant conveniently located near DOCO. Upscale dining in a relaxing atmosphere. Fun cocktail menu and terrific options for many libations from wine to whiskey and beyond. The service is friendly, and the food menu has a terrific variety to suit everyone's likes and dietary needs. Absolutely delicious!

   We choose butcher & barrel because of positive reviews and we're glad we did. We had a reservation but decided to sit at the open bar. The service was wonderful and the food was delicious. We started with the stuffed shrimp and the beet salad, we definitely recommend those. I also had the spring fling cocktail and it was very good. For our entree we had the butcher's burger and it also was wonderful. The service was great we were greeted quickly and felt taken care of. We will definitely visit again if we're in the area.

   I called Butcher & Barrel to reserve tables for my birthday dinner, and Jeanette, the floor supervisor, answered the phone. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the process. When we arrived, Selena, our waitress, provided attentive and pleasant service, making the dinner even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious! If you’re ever in downtown Sacramento and appreciate great food and excellent service, this is the place to visit. I will definitely be returning!!

    We had the filet, which was cooked perfectly to our preferred doneness. Accompanying carrots and asparagus were a great complement. Enjoyed the side of fries (but would have preferred more ketchup). Gin and tonics were delicious. Our server was attentive and responsive. We'll be back.
