Takeout and delivery services are available via our website and Uber Eats. There are three options for seating: Standard (Indoors), High-Top (Indoors), and Outdoors. If one of these options does not appear, it is because we are currently booked for that type of seating during the date and time you are seeking. We offer a fifteen-minute grace period and ask that you call us if you will be running late or your reservation may be canceled. We allow an hour and a half for a reservation of 2 guests and 2 hours for reservations consisting of 3 or more guests. All outdoor patio reservations are subject to being canceled in the event of inclement weather. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Delicious beverages (both the upscale Irish coffee and the Yuzo mocktail), yummy honey biscuits and delicious crab Benedict. Fabulous server and wait staff. No long wait for food and thoroughly fun time!

Our experience at Buttermilk and Bourbon was nothing short of fantastic! The food was absolutely delicious — the honey biscuits are a must-try, perfectly paired with the hot honey chicken sliders and the flavorful short rib hash. Each dish was packed with bold, satisfying flavors that left us eager for the next bite. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make our visit special. Without even being told, they surprised my wife with a little dessert to celebrate our birthdays — a thoughtful touch that truly showcased their attention to detail. From the warm atmosphere to the incredible food and thoughtful service, we couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience. We’ll definitely be back for more!

I was a little disappointed in the food - chicken wings were just okay and biscuit’s were super sweet. Service was unimpressive. Took 20 minutes to get a soda after asking 3 times. Our server forgot about us and stood behind the bar most of the time.

This was our second trip here and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed the fabulous biscuits, jalapeño grits, crayfish hushpuppies, and cracked benedict. The cocktails were also wonderful. Service was great and the food portions were generous. We will return again for sure.

Talk about an authentic New Orleans experience in the heart of Boston! We absolutely loved this tapas-style, comfort food experience. Everything we tried - the BBQ ribs, the crab dip, the hot wings, and the wedge salad - was delicious. The service was quick, and the atmosphere was lively but not so loud that you can’t have a good conversation at your table. Highly recommend!

Really disappointed. The restaurant was out of several things we ordered. The only vegetable available was wax beans, and they were out. There’s a lot of great Southern food options. Both my dinner companion and I are from the South and we agreed it really was a disappointment.

It was a great experience overall. The food was unique and delicious, and it was fun to order a whole bunch of things to share, so we could all taste everything. The atmosphere, mood, and decorations are fun and upbeat and it’s a great location, in the middle of everything. We bought my two teenage nieces with us who loved it.
