   Great restaurant with cool and vibrant interior decor and food is simply excellent. They just ace the art of preparing hummus and offer a wide range of vegan or vegetarian options. Every other dish is tasty and service from all hosts especially from the tall guy with glasses is always top notch. Open concept kitchen makes it fun to like watch chefs and sous chefs cooking and if you happen to get a window side table then looking outside while having delicious food is equally enjoyable. Young lady at the reception is always polite and warm. All in all a very nice place!!!!

   The food was delicious and the desserts were heavenly. The walnut Katayef and lemon olive oil cake was is something else! I would just go back to eat these desserts. However, the rest of the menu’s quantity was very small for the price. Over all good experience.

   The lamb and wagyu dishes and especially the sauces are incredible. The olive dishes are delightfully surprising. The environment is comfortable. The servers are smart and attentive. The bathroom is a bit chilly. Overall, excellent.

   Henry, thanks so much for sharing your feedback. Really appreciate it. I agree, it's been a challenge. I just recently added a baseboard heater, but it's not keeping up. I also now have a couple of portable heaters. Still a challenge. But we're working on it. We do actually have an accessible washroom on our main floor.    My previous visits to Byblos was truly remarkable. The service was impeccable, with a host who was extremely attentive and welcoming. The food was exquisite. However, it is disheartening to see that the standards have significantly declined. Upon entering the restaurant, the host seemed clueless and refused our request for better seating, claiming that all tables were reserved. Strangely, the neighboring table remained empty until we departed. The servers appeared uninformed about the menu, a stark contrast to the past when they were knowledgeable about every ingredient and cooking method. The cocktails were satisfactory. Overall, the dining ambeince, from the initial greeting to the well-trained servers, has regrettably deteriorated at this establishment. Perhaps it is time for a reopening and rebranding effort.

   Very warm welcome and escort at the reception. The waiter is vey friendly and with patience. Restaurant atmosphere is much better than expected, cozy but not prudish. Middle East cuisine is the first ever I tried, really mouthwatering.
