Horrific service. Busy holiday weekend downtown, so we decided to eat at DOH before the show. The food we received was fine, but the service was beyond horrific. May I recommend that paper and pencil be used to write down orders? Appetizers were never served, soup not served and 50% of the entrees were incorrect, cheesecake was frozen. Oh well, we made the curtain on time and the show was fabulous!

No entrees are served at less than medium well. I felt badly for the wait staff having to explain away their kitchen. Having to explain that prime rib could only be served medium well was one thing, but then bringing a duck breast to the table that might as well have been duck jerky instead added insult to injury. If we hadnt had tickets to the theatre, i would have driven to the Laffayette Coney Island, where the food tastes good, and No one has to make excuses for it.

Great bite before the show. We feel fortunate they were still able to seat us after arriving 15 minutes due to horrendous traffic. The menu isn't vast, our food and drinks were good.

Small plates menu, perfect for before show dining. Excellent service, good food ( all eight of us enjoyed our menu choices) and we found the prices very reasonable. Of course, if you are seeing a show at the Opera House you can't beat the convenience of the location.

It is very urbane with a sophisticated ambiance in a storefront in the Detroit Opera House. Our server was friendly and efficient. Our entree salad with added chicken was good but would have been tastier if the chicken was heated. It's a great restaurant to relax in before attending a performace in the Detroit Opera House. Reservations are a must before a performance!

We had a brief but wonderful time before attending An American in Paris!! The service was professional but friendly and very quick! We hadn't much time, but Molly made sure we had drinks and then appetizers out in time enough for us to enjoy and still make it to our seats in time. Bravo !!

When we arrived we were only 1 of 2 tables. We told the server we had tickets for that evenings show so please make sure we timed our dinner so we would have plenty of time to get to our seats. The restaurant filled up and they got busy and we waited and waited for our food. We were the last table to cash out after asking for our checks several times. ALMOST missed the opening act. Poor service, poor timing, won't return again.
