   Food is excellent. Coordination between waiters, runners, and cashier was nonexistent. Each are excellent in their jobs but do not work together. Would return as food for dinner was very good.

   Kitchen screwed up my wife’s order, when we sent it back they literally scraped off the wrong item and sent the plate back out. Not what I expected for an $80 breakfast. Oh, and the server brought the wrong toast the second time but my wife was so frustrated she just ate it. We ate there the day before & it was great, however we had a different server (Brian), who was spot on. this was why we came back. Probably won’t try it again with so many choices on the strip. Especially for the price.

   Cafe Americano has good food and service if you’re in Caesars Palace. It is very busy so make a reservation just in case.

   We really enjoyed our brunch here. The service was fast and friendly and everything we ate was so good! My husband loved the French toast and I enjoyed the birria Benedict. The home fries were the best I’ve had, nice and crisp on the outside. The portions were generous.

   Service was great, food not so good. Breakfast potatoes were too salty, bacon over cooked, and over medium eggs were overly cooked. We couldn't use our rewards for this Breakfast unfortunately.

   Good food, fast service, and easy access from anywhere in Caesar’s Palace. The open dining allows for great people watching and a bright atmosphere. Would recommend.
