TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They did not have any staff working. We waited almost 10 minutes for a hostess to greet us and take us to our table, but there was not one on shift. We were sat by a busser and completely ignored for 30 minutes. We had to walk out since no one acknowledged our presence. There were 2 other tables that were also waiting on service. Avoid this place!!

Cafe’ Blue decided to keep their failing and closing operation running without adequate staff, service, food. Half tables had tablecloths; guests not being served and walking out. I saw two full tables leave. No silverware. The overall discontent of the entire dining room was overwhelming. They have another location at the Galleria but I will never go again. How low can you go to scam people out of buck. Shameful.

What Let’s start by saying that we had a reservation at 9:30 on Valentine’s Day. As soon as we walked in the door squeaked to the high heavens. That’s OK at least we’ll get some hospitality, right? The lady looked at us and said it was gonna be a 20 minute wait. 20 minute wait?! What does a reservation even mean? Considering everything else was booked we just waited to be seated. It took the wait about 10 minutes to get to us and we ordered some oysters thinking they would be fast. Wrong, you probably guessed by now that we never saw those oysters. By the time the waiter woke up from his nap and realized that we were still sat at his table, we ordered our food only for him to say they were out of mashed potatoes. I know you’re thinking to yourself, but there are other sides, but this place only serves mashed potatoes, rice or greens. Pretty much every dish has mashed potatoes on it. After 30 minutes of sitting there with nothing but two waters on our table we decided to cut our losses and go to Taqueria 10 de 10. If you manage this please learn to use some WD-40 on that door. It is so annoying. Also, you should probably fix the flickering light fixtures. Save yourself the trouble and just go to the taco spot around the corner behind this place. 0/10

Quite possibly the worst dining experience of my life. 100% the worst I’ve ever had in Austin. The only shining light of the entire evening is that my wife and I will be able to look back & laugh about how comically bad Valentines Day dinner 2025 was for the rest of our days.

Disappointed. Ceviche was almost tasteless..Shortage of wait staff caused a 20 delay. Grilled shrimp was overcooked.

Went here for Valentine’s Day and it was a BUST. The manager was the bartender, roof was leaking water, and food was awful. While I didn’t eat my food, we simply paid the bill, left full plates and headed over to P.F Changs.
