En Chai, somos un grupo de jóvenes que desde 2003, apostamos por presentar una oferta diferente en Guadalajara, que combinara alimentos de calidad, con precios accesibles, en un entorno agradable y fresco, y con excelente servicio. Gracias al apoyo de nuestros invitados, hemos podido crecer hasta ser en nuestra ciudad un referente de calidad y liderazgo entre las cafeterías y restaurantes. Desde el 2012, decidimos compartir con Morelia nuestra pasión por el buen café y comida, siendo fieles al concepto que tanto ha gustado en Guadalajara, teniendo el mismo éxito. En 2016, dimos un paso más, ahora hacia CDMX, en la bella zona de Polanco, donde se encuentra esa sucursal, y por fin, en Noviembre 2019, llegamos a Puerto Vallarta! En Chai encontrarás una amplia variedad de Desayunos, incluyendo nuestro tradicional Buffet, Paninis, Ensaladas, Bowls, Pastas y Pizzas, así como Café de Especialidad y servicio de Bar.     I made a reservation with open table, when I got there, they said that for weekend days they ignore any reservations from this app. I told them to be responsible and block the days that they don’t want to keep the app open for reservations, but they ignored my suggestion’s and that was rude.

    Se tardaban con las cosas, no nos hacían caso incluso cuando otros meseros veían que necesitabamos algo, no se comunican, no había cubiertos.

    The waiter barely came around. Another waiter helped us and was very kind, though. The coffee and the drinks were great! But the food (jack cheeseburger and Caribbean sandwich) tasted off. The cheeseburger was supposed to have bacon and it didn’t come with it. The sandwich tasted almost like a lunch-able and while it wasn’t terrible, every bite was questionable. I definitely didn’t finish my burger but at least the crisscut fries were good - even if it was only like 4 fries. The ambiance is very cute and looks quite poppy. Just a bummer the food was not it.
