   The service was excellent and then some, except for an error on our bill. The people at the next table had an error, too, so be sure to check k your bill. Our food was okay. I had the scallops, which were very slightly overcooked and terribly salty. The risotto accompaniment was very good. My spouse had the agnolotti, which he like but I didn't. Compared to our last visit a few years ago, we were disappointed but will probably try again. Very enticing vegan menu BTW.

   What a wonderful evening! The staff were so attentive and happy. The wine suggestion was fabulous AB’s not the most expensive. We will be back!

   Celebrated our anniversary here and we were extremely satisfied with our experience. The menu had lots of great options and clearly designated which items were vegan & vegetarian. We were thrilled they had vegan options for appetizers, entrees, and desert. The service was top notch; we felt extremely welcome from the moment we walked in and all of the servers were prompt, even going as far to fill our wine glasses for us. The food was delicious and innovative. It was the perfect romantic setting for our anniversary and I’d highly recommend this wonderful restaurant to anyone looking to fine dine for a great price.

   Amazing restaurant, incredible staff,good wine list, tremendous food. Ambiance for miles. Just a winner. Named one of Detroit's 10 most romantic restaurants (that's how I found it). Pricy (80/per) but reliably excellent

    First of all, we set reservations for 6 pm. It turned out to be ideal as we beat the crowd. Immediately on entering the restaurant we were graciously greeted and seated at our table. From here on we were well taken care of by the various servers who were very attentive in meeting our needs and yet not intrusive or being obsequious. The service was excellent. The meal started with Muscles, the special Bruschetta of the day and house salad. The entre dishes were pan-seared scallops, a Sea Food Medley with homemade pasta and their special gnocchi dish. The wine was a Ramey Chardonnay. Both the food and wine were excellent, including one of the best tasting muscle dishes I've ever had. The ambiance of the restaurant was perfect. I could not have picked a better location as my son, and I were celebrating my wife's birthday. In summary we had a very enjoyable evening. Our expectations of Cafe Cortina were certainly exceeded.
