   We loved being seated in the front of the restaurant. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. We had the salmon which we never had tasted. It was cooked to our specs and very good. I would order it again.

   Best Italian in the neighborhood! You can't miss the Fiorello Lasagna, which you definitely will be eating as leftovers for the next 3 days. Every dish is incredible and the staff are kind and welcoming. Also perfect for a pre-Lincoln Center meal. We'll be back!

   This is one of our fav neighborhood spots. I often come here alone for a delicious, relaxing lunch. Today was offensive & terrible. Seated near me was a woman FACETIMING ALOUD! Incredibly rude! I asked her to stop & she rudely replied “no” & continued. What shocked me is that the Manager & waiters allowed her to continue FaceTiming Phone conversation. Truly disheartening. I did not want to stiff my waiter who wasn’t helpful so I Asked for new seat. Just rude terrible customer service. I won’t be coming for family events nor my little luncheons nor will I support by ordering for delivery. This is such a shame because 1. The food is excellent & plentiful. 2. Many of the waiters are really kind. I urge the management to review their policy of allowing dining customers to FaceTime & speak on phone calls! What has happened to civility. I can no longer recommend Fiorella’s. Sad.

   Caesar salad was okay. Soggy. My guests enjoyed pasta and appetizer selection. Bit pricey.

   Loved the food, wine and service. Lovely vibrant atmosphere. The interior decor is charming. Staff are professional & knowledgeable about the menu. Service is attentive.

   Everything was fantastic from start to finish. All 8 people enjoyed our late lunch and service was friendly, helpful, and prompt. Portions were generous and we look forward to another dining experience here. Thank you!
