Our locally sourced, chef-driven menu provides the backdrop for hands-on learning, where young people rotate through every aspect of the restaurant, from front-of-house service to kitchen prep, all under the guidance of award- winning Chef Robert "RC" Carter.

The food was outstanding! We especially recommend the salmon, short rib, and Mac n cheese. Everything we ordered was a hit. There is a really nice ambience and the staff is friendly. Will definitely be returning.

We arrived for our reservation after having received several reminders from Open Table, to find it had closed Communication between open Table and the restaurants it lists clearly needs improvement

We had a 5:00 reservation and the restaurant had just opened. We had the goat cheese and mushroom appetizer, strip steak and salmon. Everything was wonderful. Restaurant is byob and if you forget there is a state store a 2 minute walk away. Very nice experience and would definitely go back.
