   Wonderful location and staff, a true gem. Menu is a little limited and No starch available, most unusual for a very high end restaurant. All the staff and management very attentive. Great evening.

One of the standout aspects of our visit was the impeccable service, led by our amazing server, Juan. His attentiveness, warmth, and knowledge of the menu truly elevated our experience. We were celebrating our anniversary and Juan went above and beyond, ensuring that every detail was perfect from start to finish. His passion for both the food and the restaurant was evident, making us feel like valued guests throughout the entire meal. The vibe is impeccable—elegant yet lively, the kind of place that feels like a real treat. Every detail, from the décor to the presentation, is thoughtfully curated to create a memorable night out. That said, while the food was good, it didn’t quite live up to the sky-high prices. It left me questioning whether the overall experience justified the cost. We had an amazing time, and the service was flawless, but I’m torn—was it worth it? If you’re after a chic, indulgent night out and don’t mind the splurge, Calluso delivers. But if you’re looking for a meal that matches the price point in every aspect, you might walk away wondering the same thing I did.

   Amazing experience. The food and service top notch. A true fine dining experience in a beautiful atmosphere. Service is incredible. The food is unique and delicious and the drinks and wine selection is the best in the area. Best restaurant in Fort Lauderdale in a very long time. We will be back for sure!

   The food, atmosphere, and service were top-notch. The remodel of the Pier 66 complex was so well done. It was one of the best meals we have had in a long time. We are happy to have such a great restaurant in Fort Lauderdale!
