El área de juegos infantil esta muy peligrosa, no hay división entre los bebés y los niños grandes, y mientras estuve ahí, hubieron varios incidentes, y solo hay una encargada qué les dice "no jueguen así " no notificaron a los papás sobre estos incidentes

Íbamos festejando un cumpleaños y el detalle que tienen para el festejado (bañarlo) fue algo tardado; tuvimos que recordarles, pero fueron de eso, la comida, el ambiente, y el resto de la atención fueron muy buenos.

Muchas opciones, comida rica. Para los niños la zona de juegos funciona bien, hay cuidadoras. Tienen menú infantil. Ambiente cantinesco.

La comida no está mal, pero no se dan abasto en el servicio, están muy desorganizados No saben quien es el mesero que te atenderá o el que toma tu orden, se les olvidan los platos que pediste, y mil horas para que te traigan algo. Inclusive para darte una mesa me dicen que debía esperar de 15 a 20 minutos aún cuando les mencioné que tenía la reservación y de repente se llaman entre ellos por sus radios “ahh que crees que si tengo mesa disponible” entonces igual hace falta organización ahí.
