                                        Lovely little restaurant, we went midweek and took advantage of the early bird menu which was excellent quality food & service with a cosy ambiance. Highly recommend this little gem

                                        Lovely restaurant staff very friendly professional good superb I suggest people not book the table near the door as it’s very cold. I suggest if the staff could provide 2 pieces of toast when the pate is ordered.

                                        Food was superb, each course was fabulously flavoured. This Chef knows his stuff!! The venue is a lovely combination of old style homeliness with a modern kitchen in full sight. Will definitely be back

                                        Whilst the ambience and decoration were warm and comfortable , when the maitre’d came down to ask how our food was and we explained that the duck was not to our liking , he justified it by saying that’s how they serve it and that was it! He didn’t try to assist us any further with our dining experience . I wonder what was the point of asking us at all if he wasn’t prepared to enhance our expensive plate of food . We were not advised when we ordered duck that it was going to be served very rare . We left with a hefty bill and a bad feeling in general about the place which is a pity as the waiting staff were wonderful . Serena Kitt
