   I reserved a table for two (my daughter and me), but we were placed at a cramped table in the back with hardly any space. I understand it’s Aspen during high season and restaurants are packed, but it would have been nice to feel like valued guests rather than an afterthought. The food was okay, and the pricing is reasonable for Aspen. I don’t expect VIP treatment, but a little more effort to make us feel welcome would have gone a long way.

   Can get very crowded at the bar area. Ask for a table away from the bar if you are not the most rowdy crowd. But if you’re looking to socialize, near the bar is a great spot

   Sure-it’s crowded. But the food and the buzz make for a very fun night out. Our calamari was a bit bland but the pasta with mushrooms and burrata was really good. Our table also had the ravioli special with squash- clean plate club there too. A booking is a good idea at the busy days and times. John K. NYC., NY.

   1-had to give a credit card to make reservation. No problem. Earlier that day, my grandson broke his collarbone for the 2nd time snowboarding on Ajax. He was in pain. I called to cancel the reservation. Was told to submit a doctor’s note and it would be present ted to the GM to see if they would waive the $75 pp hold in the credit card. We gave him some pain relievers and came anyway. 2-we were never told the daily special although we heard our waiter tell both parties on either side of us. 3-we were eating our hot calamari when our entrees were delivered. 4-when the bill came, it already had a 20% tip included on our party of 4 people. We ate there 2 nights before and the tip was not included. Hate to say, good food but we won’t be back for all the reasons above. Too many other places with good food in Aspen.

   This was our second visit here. The food was not the issue. The server was incredibly rude. We had a 5:30 reservation for 2. We ordered an appetizer and 2 entrees and a bottle of wine. He asked us if we wanted dessert and we said we’d like 2 more glasses of wine instead. When he brought us our wine, he told us we had to leave by 7pm. I told him that was rude. He tried to apologize and said that’s not what he meant. I told him it was exactly what he meant and it was rude. By the way, it was I only 6:38 pm. I will never go there again and I would not recommend this place to anyone!

   Food is delicious and everything else was disappointing. If it’s important for you to be seen in the “right places” then it’s for you.

   Campo has been our “go to” restaurant for 20 years. Excellent food and fair pricing. Highly recommend Campo
