   Lots of fresh flowers welcomed us at this busy bistro. Delicious steamed mussels with French fries, avocado toast with crab and French onion soup. Very good Bellinis and Sancerre. Shared a yummy carrot cake crème brûlée. Portions were a bit small but overall a very good lunch experience!

   It is such a treat to dine at a restaurant where the service is so attentive and the food outstanding. Our waitress selected cheeses for our appetizer. There was something for every taste and we ate it all. Everyone enjoyed their entree, and the view onto Cary Street made for great entertainment. We will be back.

   Bread basket is always delicious and my steak sandwich was also good……but the French Onion soup recipe seems to have changed:(. I’m not a fan of the newly added spices. Service was excellent!

   The scone and eggs in purgatory were so good. The eggs Florentine were really bland though.

   It was a wonderful experience as always. Festive celebration for my cousin's 80th birthday. Expressed interest in a "birthday" recognition with the dessert I requested which was not fulfilled, otherwise, great!

   According to the hostess, there are only 2 tables for parties of five. They happen to be next to each other. We were seated at one of these tables and 5 partying young women were seated next to us. 12+ alcoholic beverage glasses on the table gives a hint of the level of the cacophony.

   Wife’s burger was basically a hockey puck. She ate the equivalent of three bites. Onion soup and pear salad were great. Wife enjoyed her drink and desert. Waitress was great but never picked up on the fact that my wife barely touched her burger. Wife chose not to bring it to the waitress’s attention because it was already 9pm and we were tired.

    Went there before seeing Moulin Rouge at the Altria Theater. Food was great and service was outstanding. Had a great time.
