   We went to Cana to experience the Cuban style of food. And it was within walking distance of where we were staying in downtown Miami. The restaurant was empty when we arrived around 7pm on a Saturday. I was a little nervous but the service and food were wonderful. We started with the grilled octopus which was excellent. For dinner my husband had the pork shoulder and I ordered the pork shank. Both were delicious, but we decided the pork shank had more flavor. I noticed they did quite a few take out orders but not sure why the restaurant wasn’t more crowded. It is inside the Hyatt Centric, maybe folks are put off by it being a hotel restaurant. But we were satisfied and you will be too. Give it a try.

   If you’re craving authentic Cuban cuisine, definitely go to Caña. The food is nothing short of spectacular. Fillete de Pescado a la Plancha, Pollo Asado, Lechon Asado, Churrasco all top tier! Their black beans and rice are flawless—a simple yet flavorful staple—and the sweet, caramelized maduros add a perfect touch of sweetness to the meal. The flan, chocolate mousse and guava cheesecake were incredible. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and eager to share recommendations. This hidden gem is a MUST VISIT!

   Cana what an awesome dinner with my sales team. The Cuban food was excellent, including the appetizers and the pork shank that I had was unbelievable; but what made the experience fun and memorable was our server/bartender, Danny. He was so fun, mixing a variety of cocktails and great suggestions of apps and entrees. 100% would go back! thank you Danny for a great experience.

   Great food. Great ambiance and location. We sat outside at the high tables and got to enjoy some of the street atmosphere as well.

   Our server Daniel was great! He was very he helpful explaining the various cuban cuisines and was very attentive to our needs. We'd definitely visit Cana on our next visit to Miami and Brickell!

   Took a large business meeting team to dinner and made reservations only a few hours before. The restaurant team did a great job and Miguel took good care of us. Very good authentic Cuban food and excellent margaritas. A place to remember for future visits.

   Wow! The flavors in each dish were so good. The whole fish was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The service could not have been more friendly and attentive.
