Cantoro Trattoria is a family owned upscale yet casual Italian restaurant featuring house made pastas and traditional Italian cuisine including a variety of pizzas cooked in our wood burning pizza oven. Our in house sommelier and general manager Alex Bazzy maintains a complete wine list from around the world with emphasis on selections from Italy. Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020,2021, and 2022. Mlive "Top 10 List" for best Italian restaurant's in Michigan 2017 and 2022.

    Excellent as always! Tried something new and i was so glad i did. Definitely think you should have some “standard” (non-rotated) gelato options- I love your coffee and was bummed to hear flavors are rotated now!

    We visited this restaurant for a farewell party for a colleague, and it was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for a special occasion. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. One of the highlights was the wine recommended by the staff. It was both reasonably priced and surprisingly delicious — a perfect match for our meal. The food overall was excellent, with every dish served beautifully and full of flavor. Among the dishes we tried, the pescatore pasta stood out the most. It was absolutely amazing — rich in seafood, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. Everyone at the table loved it, and we even considered ordering a second one! This restaurant truly made our farewell gathering memorable. I would definitely come back again, whether for a celebration or just a nice dinner out.
