Sat in the bar with our two friends— we enjoyed a lovely dinner— we all ordered different entrees and everyone was enormously pleased with the incredible content. Andrew was our server and as always he was spot on and amazing. We love coming here and will definitely return.

Capri is our GoTo place for Italian food in Indianapolis. There a a lot of good Italian restaurants in town, but Capri is at the top of my list. Went there last night for a birthday dinner on a busy Thursday night 1 week before Christmas. The restaurant was packed with people many tables were occupied by 6 or more guests. Only had a short wait on our reservation, and the hostess seated us in a quiet corner table for 2, which was just perfect. Our favorite waiter was off this night, but a newer waiter, who had been trained by him took good care of us. Starters were great as we were really hungry and came out quickly. The calamari was tender and flavorful and enough for 2 people if you wanted to share (I didn't). Dinner rolls right out of the oven helped our hunger until the main courses arrived. I love their pasta because if is made fresh by them. I had the traditional linguine with clams in a light white sauce that was just thrown right size to complete the whole bowl. My wife had chicken lasagne, which was also delicious and enough to take home ½ of the portion. Desserts of bread pudding and cheese cake topped off the evening. We never felt rushed even though it was a busy evening and tables were turning over frequently. Be sure to use OpenTable to make your reservation and you will not be disappointed.

Last night at Capri's was a full house, yet it was not noisy, and service was excellent. Shannon did a wonderful job as server, Van and David stopped by to catch up. Food and drinks were excellent! I think last night was our 65th or 66th time we've eaten at Capri. Hope to make it another 65 times!

Our waiter must have been having a bad day because he was grumpy & Very Slow! He waited 20 minutes to take our order we arrived at 6:00 & our main course did not get served till 7:20 We had a 2 year old & 4 year old & he did not offer kids cups but we had to ask for them & he seemed mad the entire evening? Sure not what we expected when dining at a nice high end restaurant! Very Disappointed! Been there many other times with Great Service!

Peggy was an amazing server! She made our entire group of 7 (including 2 young children) feel so welcome! Food, service and drinks were all excellent. Beautiful Christmas decorations too
