I was excited to try this Bib Gourmand spot after seeing great photos, but it turned out to be more of a pretty place for tourists than a true seafood destination. Aside from the oyster ceviche, everything lacked balance—either too salty or bland. The risotto was overly salty and unimpressive. As a ceviche lover, I was disappointed, especially since you can find better and cheaper seafood elsewhere. Service was good, but the wine was overpriced, and the toned-down spiciness didn’t match expectations. Ultimately, it feels like a spot for Instagram rather than quality seafood—I wouldn’t return.

Some of the dishes are not fully tuned and quality is intermittent. For example, this time they served us a salad with lettuce hearts that were visibly old, limp and unappetizing.

Todo estuvo delicioso, desafortunadamente mi hija quien fue la única que comió la tostada de atún, porque todo lo demás lo compartimos, ella se enfermó del estómago bastante fuerte al punto de tener que salir a inyectarla.

Love it. It’s my second time and service is truly outstanding. The guys at the downstairs bar are amazing and food is super fresh. They accommodated my gluten allergy. I 1000% recommend the esmedregal tacos, they are extremely good and the coco toast too.
