At Caribou the surroundings are comfortable and the focus is contemporary cuisine of exceptional quality. Signature dishes created by our Chef include certified Angus tenderloin, cedar plank salmon, black and blue ahi tuna and wood oven pizzas. Our desserts are prepared in-house by our pastry chef. We feature an extensive wine list with numerous vintage wines as well as over 30 wines by the glass.
Caribou Restaurant + Wine Bar opened in November of 1999. The menu has been developed over many years of visiting restaurants all over North America and the world. Options represent Italian, Asian, Cuban or any other styles of new and exciting cuisine.
Caribou has been listed in "Where to Eat in Canada" for several years running and the wine list has earned the "Wine Spectator Award of Excellence" every year since 2002.

    Fine Dining Quality without the crazy high prices. The food was exceptional, best we have had in a very very long time. Staff was professional, welcoming and made helpful suggestions. Best meal out we have had in a very long time.

    We had a very good time, staff were very attentive and the food was delicious, nice to see a menu with unique items to try, their in-house designed dessert was uniquely awesome, one of the best combinations we have ever had. We ran into a lot of friends through the evening showing it is a very popular success, good times!

    Food was phenomenal, we enjoyed a selection of appetizers, entrees and the Budina is a must try. It was a bit noisy making conversation difficult and it was also quite bright, but otherwise fantastic experience.

    As usual Caribou Restaurant lived up to our expectations. The service was very good and our special requests were accommodated. The food was amazing. The first bite was "to die for" and the desserts finishing off the evening did not disappoint. The restaurant is loud, and everyone knows this, including customers but perhaps some sort of ceiling baffling to muffle the noise wouldnt be a bad idea.

    Our appetizers, salad and pizza were amazing as well as the service. Our waitress Kendall was attentive and efficient. We really enjoyed our evening.
