   I don’t know where to start, this place was amazing. The service and all the staff are amazing, Josh especially made this whole night an excellent experience with his knowledge of teas, his stories, and games. His expertise in tea was astounding and the teas we drank were great. The food was amazing also the wagu steak was phenomenal and the desserts were all tasty. Highly recommend this place, you won’t regret it!

   Every single dish was amazing! We started with the sushi tacos and chicken karaage. I had the spicy lobster taco and it was creamy and had good heat. The chicken karaage was light and crispy and I loved the pesto mayo it was paired with. My main was the ramen and I really enjoyed it! The broth had just enough richness, the pork belly was crispy and the egg was done perfectly. My cousin had the tonkotsu carbonara which is my normal go to and she really enjoyed it. We finished off with the creme brulee and the hojicha gave it a unique roasted flavor. The top was caramelized perfectly as well. Finally, I can't say enough about the impeccable service! The server was so friendly and described the specials in detail. Each course came out with great timing and we were given ample time to catch up! If you haven't already, go check Carino out! Resos are definitely recommended.

   Outstanding food and experience! Service was prompt, capable and friendly. Flavours were unique, delicately combined and servings were generous. We were there on an unusually busy Saturday night and the place was shoulder-to-shoulder and loud. If you struggle with crowds or want linger over your meal maybe swing by on a quieter night.    Had dinner here for the first time last night and I will not shut up about it today. The food was seriously divine - we got the chicken momos as a start, the spicy waygu bolognese ramen and the wagyu bucatini. Everything was incredible, very flavourful and worth every penny. The real cherry on top though was the top-notch service we got as soon as we walked in the door. Our waiter Josh hung our coats and remembered our names the whole time. He had amazing recommendations for the food and wine menu, and even had incredibly knowledgeable anecdotes about the different kinds of wines. One of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a while! We will absolutely be back!
