   We booked a table but when we arrived there was no table for us, they had sit us in the mall. The service was extremely slow, though I appreciate they were very busy. One of the staff members was so unfriendly, you would have thought she was forced to serve us. Wnot enjoy any of the food from the Mothers day menu, the arancini was really dry and tastless, along with the risotto so we didnt even chance it with dessert. Its a shame because I have heard good things but this was a more than disappointing experience.

   They only had one size small beer bottle nothing else on offer draft etc the waiter said they had a busy weekend!! ordered a salad waitress came out said they had rocket only no other salad items, so cancelled it, the garlic bread didn’t turn up with starters reminded them finally got it late with main as chased again and when finally arrived was floppy & cheese not melted so hasn’t been cooked properly! Got 2 prawns on the £21 sharing starter! They said we could have the garlic bread for free for the mess around. When got the bill the salad and garlic bread were both on there!! Shocker of a meal and won’t be going back

   Now feels like many other generic restaurants rather that the old Carluccios. Lots of staff but somehow they all seemed rushed off their feet. Ordered a dish which included tomatoes but somehow they didn't appear on my plate. Overall just ok.

   Wonderful … lovely friendly kind service .. reallllly made us feel welcome ( even as a wheelchair user ) . Stunning food .. beautiful wine but most importantly the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed . The whole experience felt lien we were in a boutique restaurant not a chain and we would love to return again soon

   Had my daughter’s 18th dinner there, amazing staff and gorgeous food. Dog friendly and as our puppy is very energetic they didn’t bat an eyelid!

   Horrendous family dinner - awful food in general and manager was clueless about allergen options for our coeliac child. Extremely limited menu - no steak or chicken, no lasagne, no dishes with burrata, plus other things not available. GF menu from the Carluccio website not available, they had no idea what I was talking about. Only GF option was penne pasta and sauce, or GF bruschetta - which consisted of two cold slices of seeded bread, covered with cold, hard cherry tomato halves! Even the non GF meals were awful, hard chunks of fat and gristle in the near tasteless ragu and sloppy bits of fat in the carbonara. Never seen anything like it - we’re generally pretty easily pleased but the food here food was dire 🤢🤢 Never again!

   I heard good reviews about this place so i was feeling hopeful. But, personally when me and my partner went there we didn’t enjoy it. The portion sizes were quite small, we weren’t a fan of the food and my food also wasn’t hot.

   We had the carbonara it was amazing had great service polite staff very welcoming i would highly recommend coming here for any occasion

    Service brilliant bit hampered by shortage of food supplies. Restaurant had run out of many items on the menu which made it a disappointing visit. Our waitress was very helpful and cheerful.
