   Overall, to me this was a 2/5 stars. This wasn't my first time eating at Carluccios, I was here for Christmas dinner and it was fantastic and I was expecting the same this time round, however, I was so disappointed that I doubt I'll ever be back. First of all, my friend came 15mins before the booking time and the restaurant staff made her wait outside, it was cold, it was raining, very bad taste. She had texted me that they have done this so I had to rush in and arrived 5mins before, to which they finally let us in. Once sat at the table, we were waiting for an hour and 15mins for our starters. It was so bad, we had to ask twice for it, to what we're told "apologies there's a big group of people downstairs so we're running late". what?? Prioritising tables based on size and not on the arrival time is very poor service. We were then waiting for our main which arrived another 45mins later. And dessert took another 20mins. Unacceptable. Few times we were apologised to but nothing changed each time. No water was served until we asked. Food quality wasn't great. Only thing I was happy with was bruscetta for starter. Pizza was ok and dessert wasn't worth it at all..my friend got pasta for main with some red sauce and it was literally undercooked pasta with what felt like tomato paste. overall very disappointed and as I mentioned, we won't be coming back again. We were also asked at the end if we wanted to tip, which was crazy 🙈

   Service was very slow at a not very busy lunchtime. I ordered a coke with my meal which never arrived but was on the bill, when I pointed this out to the waiter he just removed the bill and brought a new one, no apology, and when we were leaving we passed him and got no goodbye or thank you. Food was ok but service left a lot to be desired.

   We went on a Sunday night so it was quiet. we had wonderful food. top quality; really tasty and great value for money. second time in tow weeks . Has not disappointed. I would thoroughly recommend it.

   Everything was brilliant. From the time I was seated to the time we paid the bill, They were still offering the mothers day menu which was 2 courses for €27.50, Good range of choice from a set menu so we and the arranccini balls to share which were delicious, other items could be made gluten free which was good. The steak was cooked perfectly but a little well done on the outside..My wife had the chicken iamd mushroom which tasted amazing, the panacotta for dessert was amazing aswel. The server was excellent and explained the bill quite well as it wasn't laid out very clearly. Well done all. Will be back soon for another meal..

   Food was cold 🥶, service was slow. Special dishes from the mothers day menu were small and over all the food was cold as were the plates.

   We had a lovely night 3 friends out for a meal & catch up. We were greated warmly and brought to a nice table for 3 by the window upstairs. The server was lovely service with a smile. We enjoyed the food & nice relaxed atmosphere of people chatting & laughing. Would go again.

    Very friendly and great service from the staff. The food was good, and the service was fast. We were going to The 3 arena, so it suited up perfectly.
