   They were incredibly slow. We sat there for over an hour and the main dish wasn’t even there.

   Really disappointing visit on Sunday. Sticky, dirty menus given when we sat down. Festive menu and normal menu both had steak on it, 4 of us went to order the steak and it wasn’t available. That’s fine but you should be told that prior to handing out the menus. It leads to a frantic encounter trying to choose something else on the spot! Ordered 2 burgers, the lamb and the chicken. The burgers were like something from a fast food restaurant with greasy skinny chips. Over cooked hard meat and burnt buns. Not worth €19. Ordered side of roasted garlic and rosemary potatoes, they arrived late to the table, cold and around 8 tiny cubes, again, not worth the price. The chicken was in a congealed sauce that wasn’t very appetising. I had to send my sons pizza back as the base was burnt to a crisp, an undercooked doughy mess arrived to replace it 5 mins later. The saving grace was the lovely staff member. I hate giving a bad review but when you are parting with your hard earned cash, especially these days, you expect some sort of decent meal. The duck arancini with nduja mayo starter was actually delicious. So that’s what I’m giving my stars for!

   We had a lovely afternoon with the family the food was lovely but a little cold .our server was quite busy but he did his absolute best . There was a little confusion with one desserts wich toke a while to arrive . At the end there was a little messed up with our bill ,but again our waiter fixed and couldn't apologise enough for the error. We still have a lovely afternoon and this issues will not stop us going back .

   We booked Carluccio's for our team office party. I initially booked through OpenTable and then called the restaurant to amend the booking, and the customer service throughout the process was brilliant. On the day our waiters were friendly, attentive and accommodating. The food overall was delicious and very good value, though the main courses could have been hotter. We slightly overstayed our welcome but at no point were we made to feel rushed or put under pressure to leave. I could definitely come back here again, and recommend it for anyone looking to book a meal for a group.

   I enjoyed my risotto, lasagne arrived partially burnt. Garlic Focaccia was okay, was very noisy with dishes and cutlery being put away.

   Fantastic restaurant to dine in. I dine here about once a month and I love it. Food is very tasty indeed and the staff are very friendly too. They know me by now and I have no complaints at all. Would recommend for sure to one and all.

   Really lovely food, staff were so friendly and accommodating, we had our toddler with us and they were so helpful with him. Really lovely place if you’re looking for gorgeous Italian food and want to bring your kids. Would love the aperol spritz to be a bit stronger though!

    I had booked a table but was ignored for, maybe, 5 mins I then approached a waiter who found my booking. Met my friend there. Westudied the menu, my friend decided on rice balls to start followed by lasagne. I ordered carbonate. A long wait ensued, lasagne arrived quite burnt on one side, taste told my friend it had been sitting in the kitchen. Called the waiter, retook it back, she ordered ravioli. My carbonate was OK, no more. We ordered an Americano and tea, two pots of tea arrived! Need I say more?
