   Had no pancetta. Service very slow, had to ask to order. Daughter’s pancakes did not come out until we had finished our food. They did remove them from the bill but not what you expect when you go out as a family

   Carluccios is one of our favourite places to eat . Never had a poor meal or poor experience . It's always fabulous. Xx

   Arrived on time for a booked table, and waited for ages at the entrance for somebody to come and show us to our table. The order was taken fairly quickly, but then had to wait an hour for our mains to come out after our starters were finished. We were also charged incorrectly, and they tried to charge an additional £20 - the price for the dishes and drinks individually as opposed to the 2 course menu charge. The food was decent - the starters were great, but the mains were tiny and also really bland. All I can assume is that they had some major issues in the kitchen at some point after our starters came out.

   It was Valentines night so it’s gonna be busy! But our food came reasonably fast and was really nice. The waitress was lovely, but they were all really rushed off their feet. I could hear another couple close by complaining about their waiting time which sort of spoilt it a bit for me as she kept looking our way towards the kitchen area. I went to the ladies and found no toilet paper so I had to ask for that. The waitress was lovely and went and fetched some straight away. Overall our visit went well, considering how busy they were.
