   Excellent food, that you can rely on to be good each time, and great service always at South Kensington too. Drinks are pricey, but food is very well priced.

   Was advised on seating of limited time of that table to eat although we booked ahead . Accepted this as had a young child with us so we were happy to get in and out quick and agreed to this as long as their service was fast in return . Order was taken down wrong. Childs food not ordered so she was sat there waiting. Side dishes came at the end of the meal dispite being told they would arrive imminently by another server. One side dish never materialised. Tried to cancel the sides but told it would be a waste so bringing them out anyway. Food was quite oily for my taste. Childs food was great once it came. She ate the main dish . Server was apologetic and polite. Manager deducted an overall 25% off the bill to compensate . Was booked for a birthday meal for my husband which was on the booking form. This wasn’t recognised . Probably wouldn’t bother to return in the future.

   We booked a table prior to going to an event at the Royal Albert Hall and as we found out along with a few others who were doing the same. We had a lovely time and no major issues, my only comment would be the food/plates were just about warm enough. The waitress was excellent and accommodated all our needs.

    Very busy and noisy on a Monday evening for dinner. Service was below standard. Hostess was very nice and polite. The waiter seemed overworked and didn’t really make it a point to make eye contact when we needed. Appetizers were good. We asked the assistant server for mustard he said they don’t have any! Ordered the most expensive thing on the menu- the steaks- three of us, had the worst chewy meat possible. We struggled. Later the waiter did ask if he could get us anything else to replace the experience but by that time, we just didn’t want anything. Offered a 10% discount but didn’t change the fact we had an awful main course.
