Here at Carluccio's, we’ve always been true to our Italian heritage and what food really means to us. The best ingredients, from the best regions, cooked with love.

Our restaurant is conveniently located next to South Kensington underground station and is just a short walk from the Natural History Museum, the Science Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museum.

We’re open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner Monday to Sunday. Our menu caters to vegetarians/vegans and those who are following a gluten-free diet.

    Good meal but my colleague who is dairy and gluten free found it a little difficult to find food she liked. Settled on the fish which was very good. My arancini were delicious

    Busy restaurant but quality of food was still good. Been a while since I went to Carluccios and portion sizes have shrunk, whilst prices have increased. Ambience was family friendly but we were in for an early supper. Service was a bit hit & miss - great taking the order and food arrived promptly. The bill however took ages to come. Overall a good experience.

    Your food is so mass-produced, bland and cheap. I very much doubt whether you make any of it on site. Long gone are the days of Carluccios being artisinal and now it is more like a McDonalds, but overpriced. I may get better value from a Wetherspoons, which includes a drink. My burger was bland flavourless, overcooked and the bun was cold, possibly straight from the fridge. Your set menus are designed in such a way that you have to spend extra to add to its measly offerings. Perhaps the worst part is the fact that you turned off your heating to save money, It was like dining in a shed in the Arctic.

    The service was fine at first, then near at the end of the meal it seemed to disappear when the change of staff happened. Nobody came to ask if you want a desert or lemon cello or even the bill

    Busy restaurant with tightly packed tables so quite noisey but fine for a quick lunch. The staff were friendly and attentive. Food was generally good.

    If you want a quick bite in a central location for a fair price, this place is perfect. Do not expect a fine dining experience - while service was fast, the food was very average. Kids pasta was really bad...pretty much plain spaghetti with a splash of plain tomato sauce, barely covering the pasta. Garlic bread was soft and soggy, nobody wanted to eat it. The rest of dishes were ok but nothing to go crazy about. If you love Italian food, you will be disappointed.

    It is one of the nicest Carluccio's restaurants - large with windows done the whole of one side. The food was really delicious (Penne Giardiniera exceptional) and the Sauvignon Blanc was lovely. We had a very nice relaxed meal for two.
