Carnal focuses on the bold flavors of wood fire and caramelization balanced with acidic, raw, and seasonal elements. We are a passionate group of cooks who do not cut corners and hope that is evident when you try our food. Our signature dish is a bone-in beef rib that is sous-vide before grilling over an open wood fire and finished with rendered bone-marrow. We source many of our ingredients from local farms and fisheries.

    Food was v good. Coursing was an issue where all the food arrived at the same time which made it hard to taste the appetizers we had as we tried to eat it with our mains. Really marred the experience of the food and the restaurant.

    I had one of the best and memorable Thanksgiving dinner experiences in recent memory. I just can't say enough about how good all the dishes were plus the ambiance was great. The duck confit, the brussels sprouts, the brioche bun, everything was pretty darn amazing. I can't think of anything I didn't love!!! Thank you Carnal!!! A+++

    Thanksgiving dinner at Carnal was absolutely amazing! The food was over the top delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with the whole experience. Would definitely recommend!

    Every dish was fantastic and cooked as requested. The Caesar-style salad was excellent and large enough to share. Lots of gluten-free options. The best chocolate mousse ever. A+

    Carnal has always had great food and drinks. In the past we were not regulars because the menu rarely changed and it was very red-meat heavy. Last night was a much better and more diverse menu along with so many great-sounding sides it was difficult to decide! Drinks, wine list, etc. were as good or better (especially the wine list) than I remembered. We will be more frequent visitors!
