CARNAL PRIME STEAKHOUSE is the first restaurant in Santiago specialized in imported and certified American meats of the Angus Aberdeen breed and of USDA High Choice & Prime quality.

In addition to the exclusivity of our raw materials, to prepare our meats we use an infrared broiler that achieves high temperatures (1300 °F), which gives our cuts a particular texture and flavor that is not found in the traditional method of grill.

We also have a selected Raw Bar that offers exquisite products brought from various corners of the world, such as Octopus and Caribbean Lobster. The unique atmosphere and privileged location make CARNAL the ideal place to enjoy a family lunch, an intimate dinner or a business meeting.

Deberían ser más cordiales las anfitrionas que te reciben en la entrada. Mejorar los tiempos de espera entre la orden y cuando sirven la comida. Paso 1 hora entre cada cosa.

Siempre que vengo a Santiago de Chile visito este restaurante, y me siento como en casa; Son ya decenas el número de veces que he acudido y sin duda lo seguiré haciendo. Excelente en líneas generales.

Carnal es un restaurant maravilloso, los mozos son un 10…todos! Hemos comido grandes carnes ahí, no falla! Pero las 2 últimas veces el pan ha estado añejo y el cóctel de camarones no tan fresco, pero en general lo recomiendo mucho

Sigue siendo para mi gusto el mejor restaurante de carnes de Santiago. El lugar es muy agradable la atención es esmerada y la preparación de las carnes excelente.

La comida y el servicio espectacular. El ambiente puede ser mejor aprovechado creando atmósfera con la musica, se nota que es un playlist muy anticuado inclusive para contemporáneos. Algo de bossanova con covers modernos le brindarían una mayor sofisticación a la infraestructura.

No hay mejor lugar donde comer carne en todo Chile; El trato del personal es excelente, desde la recepción hasta el momento de pagar la cuenta, es toda una experiencia muy positiva. Servicio rápido, la comida de primera, etc.. en definitiva, todo fabuloso.
