Food was cold, waitress didn't want helps and rolled her eyes every time we asked for a refill. We had to send my husband's eggs back because they were cooked wrong and they came back at the end of our meal when we were paying. I'd never eat here again or recommend this restaurant.

Great food. Although we had reservations, tables were still backed up 1/2 hour. Overall worth it.

The food and service were excellent. The pastrami burger was amazing. My daughter loved the spinach and artichoke dip

Tourist trap…. Not worth it. Find a real NY deli instead.

The restaurant allows so much cold air to enter every time the doors open, it’s like eating outside. And it was 25 degrees out. That needs to be fixed

Food was pretty good, service was okay, but we were there in December and every time someone opened the door a blast of cold air froze the entire place. Probably a better place to go to when the weather is warmer.

We had a reservation and still had to wait thirty minutes for a table. We had a show to make so we gulped down our food. We were seated by front door so our table situation was cold and drafty. Our waiter was wonderful and accommodated us by bringing our check as soon as food was delivered. The food was good but I ate so fast that it wasn’t that enjoyable, knowing we had to eat and run!

Lots of people there at noon on a Saturday. Long lines. BUT, they took us to our table at the time of our reservation. Service was extremely good and very fast. We had our food in less than 15 minutes from the time we ordered. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommend!

Do not go during the holidays. I had a reservation for noon before the theatre at 2:00 pm. When my party arrived at 11:55 the restaurant was in total chaos. There were several large parties waiting and trying to keep a path for the servers and a huge line for walk ins.. All of the people waiting were crowded around the tables who were seated. We waited and waited checking in with the hostess periodically despite the fact that she didn’t have any estimate of when our table would be ready. We were seated at 12:39. From then on everything was okay.Service was excellent and the waitress was very apologetic. She assured my group that we would be served quickly and get to our show on time and she did. The food was fresh and good although my salad was a bit on the smaller size with a minuscule amount of feta cheese. I added salmon but didn’t like it because it was smoked which wasn’t mentioned on the menu. We had a decent meal that didn’t break the bank however the stress was not worth it. Will not be going back.
