    Join us at Carnevor to feast in the revelry and ring in the New Year on Tuesday, December 31, 2024. We will be offering our full menu of unbeatable steaks, freshly caught seafood, and delectable sides. Bubbles and libations abound for the evening as we say farewell to 2024 and welcome the New Year with an unforgettable dinner experience. Reservations are available for groups of two (2) to six (6) people based on availability. A $50.00 deposit per person will be taken via credit card to secure your reservation for this very special evening. Deposits are fully applicable towards your dinner. This deposit will be fully refundable up to 48 hours prior (12/29/24) for any cancellations, no-shows, or changes in party size.

    We knew we were in for an amazing evening when we were greeted upon arrival. We were immediately seated and the entire staff attended to our needs. Our server Will was energetic and engaging and he guided us through and amazing dining experience. The crab cake set the tone for experience. Will quickly realized we’d be sharing everything. My wife went to the wedge salad next and Will had it split knowing the share was coming. My wife went with the filet and I went with sea bass. Both went were off the chart. We concluded the same experience with the pumpkin tart and it couldn’t have been a better way to wrap up! We were planning our next trip to Carnevor during our meal and I can’t think of a better endorsement. Thank you to the whole team for another great evening at Carnevor!

    We had an early reservation because we were going to a concert. We were initially seated in a quiet dining room and my wife asked to switch to a more lively area, which they did without hesitation. Our waiters, Stanley and Diana were an awesome duo curating our experience. Friendly and knowledgeable, and just the right presence. Our steaks were superb. I got the bone in ribeye and my wife the petite filet and it was so well seasoned I didn’t have to ask for salt! For a starter I had the lobster bisque with large chunks of lobster and my wife got the wedge salad which the waiter offered to have chopped for her. Of course. Nice touch. They have an excellent wine list. We started with a Latour 1er Cru and then to a Spottswood Cab which was served in a crazy long gooseneck decanter. The waiter was standing about 6 feet away to pour. It was fun and we had a Super experience. I loved this place.

    Wow... Omar and Team really know how to treat their clientele very well with appreciation, great service, food, drinks and much more. Not much can be said other than you have got to try this for yourself!

    Food and service was excellent. I would have give all 5 stars except the tables were a little close together so it wasn’t as romantic of at atmosphere as I wanted.

    The waygu steak was awesome. My wife’s filet was average. Her potato soup was bad and we thank them for taking off the bill. Her Brussels sprouts were not great. My chop salad was good. My truffle smashed potatoes was good. The Gunma steak awesome.

    Table was ready at the time of our reservation. Service was slow and lacked the energy I was seeking for my birthday celebration. Had to ask for everything (I.e., ice for drinks twice, no small plates for bread, what the soup of day was, etc.). Steak was great! Lamb chop rack was tiny (3 small lamb portions). Sides were tasty but lukewarm (I guess sitting waiting for steak). Said the sides (truffle potatoes, grilled asparagus) were shareable, but not for a table of 4 unless you took a small scoop. Did receive a complementary dessert of donuts but they tasted refried and old. Not good. I feel like we had a better experience in the past. Unfortunately, I don’t need to return for a while, if ever.
