Milwaukee's premier steakhouse, Carnevor is one of Wisconsin’s most acclaimed fine dining destinations. A restaurant consistently topping year-end “Best Of” lists, Carnevor has been lauded for its variety of culinary tastes – from our luscious barrel-cut beef to mouthwatering New York Strips and bone-in fillets. Our steak menu offers exquisite wet- and dry-aged USDA prime beef – a distinction afforded to less than two percent of all American beef – as well as daily selections of the coveted Wagyu imported from Japan. This was an exceptional dinner. While we were not seated for 15 mins after the reservation time it was worth the short wait. The steaks were cooked to exactly how we ordered them (3/3). The sides were outstanding. Starters of bone marrow and crab cake were also perfect. The wait staff and runners were prompt and courteous; present but not too present. Mark, it was magnificent! Thank you.

Disappointed in steak quality compared to previous visits. Also, the blue cheese was horrible, used to be the best blue cheese I’ve ever had.

I am from Chicago and eat at great restaurants all the time, and Carnevor could easily be a Chicago steakhouse. Great food and service, the staff is on top of their game and extremely personable. If you are in Milwaukee, you have to try this steakhouse.
