   Crab dip was bland. Salad served with short rib was over salted. Our appetizer, salad and entree were brought out at the same time. It just was not what we were expecting from a restaurant as highly rated as Caroline.

   The place met our expectations. The food, place and service was very good. Edward was very kind and attentive. Thanks for everything. We spent a nice thanksgiving dinner

   It's the anniversary of my mother's passing, and I knew I didn't want to stay home. I reserved a table, but they tried to sit me at the bar instead because I was by myself. I stated that I had reserved a table, so they instead put me at a table top in the bar. The most uncomfortable chairs, and I have a back injury so I had to leave the restaurant. I had to DoorDash Thanksgiving dinner. I understand it's hard working in Service on a holiday, I've done it myself, and I try to take care of those who have to work on holidays.

   Came for thanksgiving dinner with a reservation and was seated at a table that was literally squeezed in the coffee shop line, where people were still queueing for coffee around us. Service was exceptionally slow and incorrect. Tgiving special was cold with tiny portions (ie an actual teaspoon of stuffing for an example). Was overcharged at the end of the meal and had to get it voided and corrected. For a $100+ meal, did not meet expectations, even considering the holiday factor.

   The Thanksgiving meal was really great; delicious turkey and all the fixings, etc. The goat cheese app could have been warmer and when we asked for more brea, not only was it super stale but also still not enough to finish the dish. The service was extremely poor, it took 2x to get someone to stop by and 3x we had to ask about the “complementary” leftovers - I think only 2 water refills and barely a chance to get a second drink.

   We went on Thanksgiving for lunch, so this may not reflect everyday dining. We were seated promptly and were able to order drinks right away. The drinks were excellent. Two of us ordered the Thanksgiving turkey meal and two ordered off the regular menu. The turkey dinner was cold. Everything on the plate was cold. It was served with a dry cornbread muffin. There was also cornbread stuffing. It would have been nice to have a dinner roll served with butter. There was a small amount of gravy on the turkey, but none on the mashed potatoes. They advertised a leftover plate to take home for later, but that was never offered to us. The steak and chicken schnitzel off the regular menu were ok, but not enough to give us a reason to go back. Our waitress started off attentive, but it took a while for our food to hit the table, and we sat for a long time after we were finished waiting on her to come back to us. I try to cut restaurants some slack on holidays, but at a minimum the food should come out hot or at least warm.

   The food was delicious and the service was great. For some reason they only distributed their Thanksgiving menu if you asked. We didn’t know to ask so we ended up with a steak and hamburger. We would have preferred the Thanksgiving turkey dinner.

    The food was delicious, but our sevice was rushed. We asked for more gravy and it never came until we asked someone from the kitchen. The waiter reached across the table to pour water, spilling it all over the table, and leaving us to scramble for our napkins to dry up the spill. At the end of our meal, the server handed us a card with a QR code asking us for a 5 star review to benefit his chances for winning a reward of some sort. All in all, Caroline has lots to offer, but they need to brush up on training for their servers.
