   Dining at Carson’s is a must for me when visiting Las Vegas. Have never had a bite I didn’t enjoy here. This time our party ordered the hot dog ends, pot roast sandwich and jus dip, cauliflower and NY strip. Steak was cooked perfectly. The cauliflower dish was extraordinary and packed a wonderful garlicky punch. Sipped on a wonderfully complex fernet and amaro cocktail throughout the evening as well. Rich and delicious food with unique and interesting flavour combinations. Service was attentive, warm and fun.

   Love this restaurant, excellent food and great service, 3rd visit in 2 months. Deviled eggs were delish, burnt hot dog ends were yummy, Black Rice Octail Risotto EXCELLENT! Ran out of room in our tummy's to order dessert this time! HIghly recommend this great local gem!

   Hands-down, Carson Kitchen has the best turkey burger I have ever eaten -- tasty and juicy (not dry like others I have tried)! My last visit was years ago, so I was delighted to see the Jerk Turkey Burger still on the menu, and that it was still as delicious as ever.

   Food was great, learned about the place from previous customers, and tried several appetizers, only drawback was they were out of a couple of items on the menu due to a large party and some of the food came late because of the same reason, but food was terrific

   We love Carson Kitchen for the delicious bites and awesome service. The team really knows what they're doing and delivers a great experience and a top notch meal. Some stand out favorites are the Deviled Eggs, of course, Killer Shrimp, and Hotdog Burnt Ends, but we've tried many more dishes and there were no disappointments. The table favorite dessert this trip was the Bread Pudding! Thank you Carson Kitchen ❤️

   We had another great experience at CK. It's in our annual rotation for pre-show dinners at the Smith Center. Our Server Bianca was working her tail off with at least 1/2 the floor in zone. Through it all she was attentive and responsive. We aren't big eaters and like grazing so the menu is perfect for that. We ordered the Brussel Sprouts Caesar, Killer Shrimp, and Gyro Tacos. Our only complaint would be that the tacos were short on the cucumber and tomato so the ground lamb and feta cream was a bit on the heavy side. Overall another great experience. We will be back.

    3/5 stars. Blonde female host didn’t want to honor birthday reservation even though I had reserved a 5:15 table for only two people and reserved outside online through open table. Host stated “we had a private party buy out the tables and outdoor area because they originally had the rooftop but it is now too windy for them. So we’re seating you at the bar counter.” So you sold my reserved table to a bigger group and now I have to sit at the crowded walk in noisy bar? No thanks. They eventually allowed us to sit at an extra/flimsy high top table outside but said “you’ll have to be done by 7:00” which is crazy considering we had the reservation first but whatever. Other than the bad host and not honoring reservations, the food was pricey but good and our male waiter was great and knowledgeable of the menu. They need to better manage their online reservations or at least honor them.

    Hi Alexander. I'd like to apologize for this issue that you experienced during your visit with us. We had booked a private party on our rooftop patio, but due to the severe gusts of wind that were occurring on this day, we made the decision to move this group to the courtyard area which offers more protection from windy conditions. It was never our intention to "sell" tables that are already booked, we simply try to make the best decisions that we can in unforeseen instances such as inclement weather. Again, I apologize greatly for any frustration and inconvenience, and I'm glad to hear that your meal and service was up to par. I hope that we can host you again in the future.
