   Our food temperature was not really warm and my filet medallions were not very good. Our waitress was not very attentive and I even had a lemon seed in my Coke. I’ve had good food and service every other time I have visited Carson’s. Maybe because it was New Years Day, the food and service was lacking.

   First time dining at this location and will definitely go back in the future. Food and service was outstanding. Great ambiance for a date.

   Wasn’t blown away by Carson’s. The look of the place on the inside was beautiful. The outside not so much. Service was just okay, my steak was cooked great but tasted very burnt like a very charred taste, not what I prefer. Had to ask for a steak knife and refills…. Could of been a lot better for our first time visiting so I’m just giving it a 3 star rating.

   Great food, great service! I was very impressed. My steak was cooked exactly like I wanted. The wedge salad was great. Can’t wait to go back!

   We booked our reservation for NYE as soon as the Andover location started accepting them. We originally had 6 guests, but dropped down to 4 on the day of our reservation. As a courtesy, I called to let the restaurant know. I wish I hadn’t. We were placed at a high top table in the bar area. I found this to be very uncomfortable and small. Our server was nice, but could have been have been more attentive. Our daughter ordered a bacon cheeseburger that came without bacon, I did let the server know & our check was not adjusted to reflect this. None of this would keep me from returning, but I do feel it is important to note. I will ask for a booth or table away from the bar area next time. It is a beautiful restaurant and much closer to us than the downtown location.

   Went with friends for New Year’s Eve dinner. The food was excellent with ample portion size. Our server was very good. We love the new Andover location. It is very beautiful!

   Early New Year's Eve dinner...nothing fancy. Placed in the back room, all glass and froze to death. Had to wear coat the whole time I ate. The soup (Buffalo Blue Cheese Chicken) was good but lukewarm and then the cool room didn't help. The service was extremely slow. Waiter was nice but she didn't provide refills on our tea; said she would be back but never did. Was going to get a dessert and coffee but it took so long to get anything (including the check) that there was no way I was going to sit in that cold room any longer. Food was so so. Ate there the week before, for brunch, and it scored a 10; food delicious, hot and atmosphere perfect. New Years Eve was definitely a miss. The downtown Carson's is more consistent.
