   So disappointed. Came today for my husbands birthday with our family (table of 9). 2 starters were forgotten about, all we got told was “the ticket was lost sorry” - this just wasn’t ok because we all ate separately. Then, drinks took 20-30 minutes per round, and in this time we asked multiple times. In the end, the final round took an hour and a member of the party went up to the bar and got them themselves. The drinks on the bill were wrong, we were overcharged and had to have some removed.. the dry ice was done at the END of the meal- and no one ate together. For the £500+ we spent, I was really hoping for a better experience.

   We went to the restaurant last night and disappointed that the staff and kitchen don’t take allergies seriously. Allergies declared on booking and to all staff serving. I was ill from the dishes. 2 dishes returned after containing declared allergies, main dish learnt had small red particles when staff were questioned for a fourth time all was said was sorry!!! Charged for all dishes returned and not eaten. The local paper got it wrong about this restaurant!!! staff need to be trained to take allergies seriously

    it took over an hour to prep a ribeye steak meal to take away, i also asked for the chips to be swapped with mash and that request wasn’t listened to. the steak was meant to be medium rare however it was well done and hard. the waiters also took too long to clear our meal plates and when dessert was served the table was way too cluttered because of the excess plates aside from that the restaurant accommodated nicely to my younger siblings the food was lovely
