    Caruso’s Grocery absolutely exceeded expectations. The service was phenomenal—friendly, attentive, and professional, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The food was nothing short of excellent. We started with the calamari, which was perfectly crisp and tender, easily some of the best we've had. The spaghetti and chicken parmigiana were incredible—rich in flavor, perfectly cooked, absolutely delicious. Classic Italian comfort food done exceptionally well. Caruso’s nails both the flavors and the experience. A must-visit for anyone craving outstanding Italian cuisine with top-tier service.

    First time dining at Caruso’s Grocery and it did not disappoint! We were fortunate in being seated in our server Adam’s area. Learning we were first timers, he shared his personal favorites and his recommendations were excellent. Caruso’s Alfredo, my entree choice, was absolutely delicious. My husband enjoyed his choice, the spicy Neapolitan ragu, another Adam recommendation, very much as well. We went with the tiramisu for dessert once Adam told us it had been featured in Bethesda Magazine. It was one of the best we’ve ever had.

    Made reservations here as the one downtown was not available. The one Downtown very highly rated by the WaPo. This one supposedly close to as good. Probably the worst restaurant we’ve been to in a long time. Service was good. But the food was not good. We are less than half and said no to doggy bags. Why would we do that to our dogs.

    The food was excellent and the service was great. Our server was extremely helpful with discussing our food choices. This was our first visit and would definitely return. Agu was our server and she was great.

    Good experience the bread was good. The calamari was great. Entrees were average chicken parm was pretty bland nothing to go crazy about. Dinner went pretty fast. Overall just an ok experience.

    We had a very nice brunch, the Eggs Florentine were delicious, as was my pomegranate Mimosa. Our servers were great — even agree to move us to a quieter table after seating us.
