   Great place for the Christmas holiday but request inside seating away from bar area. They were working really hard but between the music and the plates and glasses getting tossed around it was hard to hear each other. Much quieter seating behind. Pricey but you get large portions and will be quite satisfied. Waitstaff and everyone were top notch despite how busy it was. Drinks on point.

   It was way overpriced and the service was awful - the manager was rude and it was Christmas- yes they were busy but they knew that going in… terrible

   I always have an amazing experience here. Service, ambiance and food. This time I went on Christmas and the service was terrible. Took forever to get water, then a drink, then to even order. He was too busy to check on us, I flagged him down to order a second drink and it never came. When we were done, I told him to cancel the drink and he said he never ordered it without an apology. Food was great as always

   This was our 3rd Christmas dinner there. This time it didn’t matter that we had a reservation. Our only choice was to sit at the bar, or outside. It was very cold outside. The heaters helped but when the breeze picked up we were shivering. Our food got cold very quickly. Despite being served by the “manager” our service was not great. He seemed annoyed at times with our questions and what we ordered. Service was slow with long waits between courses. It was also overbooked and over crowded!

   We made a reservation for 6:30 pm. We got there and the hostess offered us a seat right off the side walk in the middle of a platform, anytime people would walk by the whole table would shake. I asked to sit somewhere else if we could be inside, she advised it would be a long wait time and “everyone has a reservation”. We ended up sitting on the sidewalk at a table they put there just to obviously have more people even though they had people waiting around the table which was uncomfortable for everyone. I have to say the hostess did not seem to care about the people dining there then just sitting people to just have people there. The service was good. The food was very mediocre for how much they charged. Everything seemed to have jalapeños in it and large chucks of onion in the risotto. We were there for a total of two hours. Unfortunately we were looking forward to a nice Christmas Eve dinner but just settled because we were hungry. Don’t make everyone a reservation if you cannot accommodate your reservations as they come in or have a decent table. I won’t be back which is too bad.

   For the price the food was just average. Service was ok. Casa Bella is owned by the same people and their food was a tiny bit better but neither would be considered a good value for the money. When I'm paying $70 for a steak I shouldn't need a chain saw to cut it. Just sayin.

   Sat outdoors on a beautiful warm December evening, which is rare, and had the Lobster special. Delicious food, great service and lovely experience.

    We love to dine at Casa Bella to enjoy their 4 course menu. The bone in rib eye was cooked to perfection along with some tasty side dishes & appetizers. The owner accommodated my party size change as best as she could on one of the busiest nights of the year. Highly recommend Casa Bella for a date night or to host a larger special event.
