Casa Chloe is an authentic Mexican restaurant that prides itself on using fresh ingredients and having a chef with Mexican heritage. Our head chef attended culinary school in Mexico with years of experience creating her own and traditional dishes that are filled with passion and flavor.     Spicy Margarita was ok, but had a lot of sugar added into it & the sweet overpowered the spice. Ordered the shrimp appetizer & they were not edible. Clearly frozen & thawed. So stringy you couldn’t eat them. The sauce was too heavy with lime juice & was overall just bad. Enchiladas came out in 5 minutes & were cold & clearly just made from ingredients they had ready. The only saving grace of my meal was the borracho beans. I’d eat elsewhere if I was in Fredericksburg.

    It was a cold night but we set outside and the staff was very accommodating with heaters and was very comfortable. Our waitress was very helpful. Ribeye tacos with bone marrow was amazing! Everything else was good as well.

    This was an unexpected gem! My girlfriend and I loved everything about the experience. The craft cocktails were amazing and the food was nothing short of gourmet! Would highly recommend and will definitely go back!
