    The ambiance was great but the food was very buttery, heavy and salty. I tried the truffle pasta and it was a simple presentation with butter but it lacked umami and the incorporation of truffle in the dish. Additionally the seafood carbonara was also quite heavy with a distinct overwhelming flavor of butter. The dessert was beautifully presented and complex in flavor (we ordered the hazelnut soufflé). The soufflé was cooked perfectly with a gooey center but the mango sorbet had a standout artificial flavoring component that wasn’t as enjoyable.

    Tip top. Immer wieder gerne. Ich hatte nur eine Stunde Zeit. Service zügig. 3-Gänge unter 50 Minuten Serviert bekommen. Weiter so!

    extravaganter aber einladender Einrichtungsstil. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. beim betreten wird man freundlich begrüßt und die Jacke wird abgenommen, am Tisch eine kompetente Beratung und zügiger Service. Das Essen außergewöhnlich und sehr lecker. Wir hatten den Business Lunch (3-Gang), sowie das Tataki und Crispy Tuna. Ich war aufgrund eines Business Termins im Casa de Rosé verabredet. Die Tische sind weit genug voneinander entfernt, um über geschäftliche Themen zu sprechen, die nicht jeder mitbekommen soll. (Was bei den Mitbewerbern am Platz nicht der Fall ist, hier Sitz man eng an eng) Fazit: sowohl mein Geschätfspartner als auch ich waren begeistert und kommen zeitnah wieder. Danke an das Team.

    Wir haben heute zum ersten Mal nicht à la carte, sondern vom Tagesmenü bestellt. Es war unglaublich gut. Ich habe sogar den Rest der Sauce mit Brot aufgestippt. Ich kann mich nicht erinnern, wann ich das zuletzt in einem Restaurant getan habe.
