On the doorstep of the bustling Borough Market, the first Casa do Frango lies within a converted 19th-century industrial warehouse, a building full of character, complete with vaulted ceilings, arched windows and relics of the past.

Casa’s menu is inspired by the rich culinary history of Portugal and the wider Mediterranean. True to Portuguese tradition, there is an emphasis on cooking over a wood-charcoal grill. The restaurant has become known for piri-piri chicken, with perfectly caramelised skin and a deep flavour which comes from a brush of Casa’s secret piri-piri blend. The menu offers so much more, with small and large plates all designed to share. Everything at Casa is made fresh in-house, using top quality, locally sourced ingredients. The food is complemented with an all-Portuguese wine list, cocktails, mocktails and Super Bock beer on draught.

At Casa London Bridge there is also a speakeasy cocktail bar called the Green Room, perfect for pre and post dinner cocktails…

This is only ok and honestly Nandos may have been a better choice. Limited choice in mains. Need a side dish as the main only is that without many other veg. The restaurant was busy and so the staff, whilst working hard, weren't always available. The building is interesting but can get quite loud

Really good option for a quick business meal or team lunch. Nice choice on the menu and more than just chicken, but the chicken is a must. Very tasty and succulent.

As other reviewers have mentioned, weirdly they no longer use Open Table for bookings and we had to negotiate at the door to get in as they had no record of our booking. The lady at the desk clearly stated they stopped using Open Table… maybe they should remove their listing?
