   Food was OK,but not exceptional. Our friend enjoyed his Pork dish. We have had better Pizza,s at the Keekle Inn ,more orthentic. Unfortunately we where sat under a Speaker, so conversation was a bit muted. Overall it wasn't bad,but wouldn't rush back.

   Excellent quality, seasoned to perfection, service was good. The only little gripes are that all the group where not served at the same time as two would receive there food, and the other twos food came some time after. The chicken risotto came with very little chicken, and the tomato sauce with one starter was cold. Only small problems that did not spoil an excellent night.

   I want to write this review just to explain our feelings about our night at Casa Italian There is no ambience, it far too noisy for those wanting a more intimate time, you feel too overlooked, hemed in. Food was lovely but starter had very small amount of bread for dipping and for 18 pounds you would expect more. Main was tasty but not very hot as plates were cold, plates should be warm when eating hot food. Disappointed by this. Service was a wait at times, cutlery not delivered with food and had to wait for a mix up with wine. Pizza was tasty but slightly overcooked, hard to cut through. Young chap who served us was very pleasant and in time could be an asset, nothing too much trouble, can't remember his name but he was a red haired. Overall just feel a bit let down with food not not enough.

We’re glad you enjoyed the flavors of our food and appreciated the service from our team member. However, we regret that other aspects of your evening were less than ideal. Regarding the cold plates, we’ve already addressed this by installing new plate warmers to ensure every dish is served at the perfect temperature. For the bread portion in the starter and the pizza preparation, we’ll review these areas with our kitchen team to ensure better consistency and value. We also hear your concerns about ambiance and service. While our lively atmosphere may not suit everyone, we’re exploring ways to create a more balanced dining environment.

   Starting to lose count of the number of times I’ve dined here since the restaurant re-opened , family meal once again before Whitehaven’s big light switch on, Once again I’m going to say that with each visit the whole experience simply gets better and better, Vibe 10/10 Setting 10/10 Service 10/10 Value for money 10/10 Now the chefs, not very authentic Italian names in Stuart, Tony and Mathew but I’m convinced they have Italian blood in their veins the dishes these guys make have you thinking your actually in Italy itself fabulously tasty and huge portion sizes, Already planning and looking forward to my next visit 🇮🇹 Ps the Ichnusa beer brewed in Sardinia Italy light and crisp and hugely recommended 👌

   I had an amazing time at Casa Italian for our girls' night! We sat downstairs in a cozy, intermet setting that was perfect for a fun evening. The three-course meal was absolutely delicious, and with everything on the menu so tempting, it was hard to choose just one! For £40 a head, we got excellent value, as the portions were generous and everything was cooked to perfection. The drinks were flowing, and the staff were super attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We had a great time chatting and enjoying each other's company in a lively atmosphere. Highly recommend Casa Italian for any group outing – fantastic food, great service, and a lovely vibe!

   We were in the doorway, then moved down stairs, which was better than the door way, but no atmosphere. Food was really good though

The table by the door has been a feature of Casa Italian and previous businesses for many years. We havnt come accross this issue as of yet, but we understand that everyone has different preferences.     Hatrick of visits this week, went for a late brunch on Saturday thought we would try the lunch menu,we ordered the Caprese salad and the prosciutto & rocket salad with large garlic bread half cheese and half tomato with the house chips to all be served together, wasn’t to busy when we arrived but still had vibe to it, quickly seated and our order was quickly taken by our waitress’s Lexie and Ava both of whom are polite and efficient food once again was 10 outta 10 can’t praise the chefs enough they have impressed me each time I’ve visited, 👌
