    we were booked for 5pm we arrived at 450pm however the doors were shut and didn't open until 5pm. the food was lovely but the waitresses could have been more friendly and we were placed on a table set for 4 there were only 2 of us. overall good but needs improved in certain areas

    Hi Alexandra We're pleased to see you've rated the Food and Ambience 5 stars, it's a shame the other points brought it down to 3. We do open at 5pm, as stated online and the booking system, which means we don't open the doors until this time. We do set the tables out for the set capacity of the table. Incase there's last minute changes to the seating plan due to cancellations, bookings, no shows or seat change requests. This is somthing that we do need to do to ensure that our staff can focus on other points of service. Good luck with your future dining experiences :) Robert.

    Beautiful food the dough balls are huge and so fresh and homemade. All 3 of us had different pasta and risotto dishes and all lovely. Packed with plenty of meat! Ðelighted we've an Italian back open in whitehaven and it's lush
