   We arrived at the restaurant at 9:30 PM for our 9:45 PM reservation and were seated on time. However, the service was unreasonably slow throughout the entire experience. •Appetizers took 30 minutes to arrive. •Main courses took an additional 1 hour and 30 minutes after the appetizers. •The check took another 30 minutes to be processed. In total, we spent nearly three hours at the restaurant, leaving at 12:35 AM. The explanation provided was that prior reservations were running late, but the delay should have been managed before seating us, not during the dining experience. Once seated, guests should not have to endure excessive wait times for food and service. This experience was highly disappointing, and I hope the restaurant improves its time management and communication with guests in the future.

   This was the worst experience. The food wasn’t served until 3 hours later. The waiters were all lost and super rude. The only one that saved the night was Stephanie. What we ordered had to be changed because they ran out of what we originally wanted. It Over priced for no reason. Bad all around.

   Servers where running too fast so it didn’t allow me to enjoy the ambience, tables where too tightly packed making it awkward to walk around and the everyone’s just seemed lost. Food was good though

   First off let me start off by saying this is the first time I’ve dined at a restaurant and did not leave a tip. The service was HORRIBLE. We arrived at 10pm, seated about 30 minutes later. After being seated we immediately order drinks and appetizers, we had to send one drink back 3x’s due to the cup being dirty, particles were floating in the glass, etc. It’s took over an hour to receive our appetizers. The quality of the Kobe sliders were as if they came from Applebees. Our waiter never checked on us. The owner walked around the restaurant all night pointing at different tables telling her employees “ that table has been here too long they need to go”. We finally received our entrees at 12:30am, two in a half hours after being seated. Everything was a MESS!!! The servers were forgetting which food goes to what table. The owners daughter works in the front as a hostess, she mentioned they had over booked and that’s the reason for the huge delay. I had a horrible experience!!!! I do not recommend this restaurant what so ever.

   We had a small wait to get seated but then sat at the table for twenty minutes before having to flag down a waiter. Another 10 minutes to get water. It was Valentine’s Day but the place was clearly overwhelmed and ill prepared. Had a salad and appetizer and left to try our fortunes elsewhere.

   Great vibe, great food. Beautiful atmosphere, the service was not good. We were there for 3 hours; which wouldn’t be bad if we had at least water or beverages, but we literally had nothing or attention for the first hour. And then it was down hill from there… except the food was great! Loved the music but way too loud we couldn’t hear each other and we were sitting close because the restaurant was packed. Might return, but if we don’t get at least water relatively soon, we would be OUT! Several people left with comped meals because of the bad service.

    I don’t have much of a problem with $14 for 3 piecesof asparagus. But this was some fyre festival level food. I had to walk my credit card up to the waiter because he was too busy to get me water or salt or ever ask how my burnt lamb chops tasted much less get us our check. Maybe it’s good when not Valentine’s Day but I would stay away on busy holidays
