   Excellent food and service. Our server named Erlie was amazing. The food was so amazing. The pastas were freshly made and beyond our expectations. Definitely worth a visit.

   This has been our favorite dinner so far on our trip. Everything was fantastic. My favorite was the shrimp Alfredo.

   Always love dining at Casa Nonna! The only downside to our dinner last night was they changed to the tiramisu from being home made in front of you to a premade tiramisu. Still good but just not the same.

   Went twice at this Ritz last week and both restaurants had terrible service. Food was really good and it was well decorated for Christmas.

   We were early for our reservation coming off Lady Grace sunset sail. That was 5 star amazing. Anyway we lady the hostess know we were early and we went to sit in waiting area and bench was soaking wet. My wife's pants soak through. There was apology and that was it. Were seated almost immeadialty so others would not see the challenge. Our main server had the personality of a rock. There was nothing good about that server at all. Food was great. When we asked for check if came back quickly and we immediately gave cc. When it came back we were figuring tip and noticed she had forgotten to charge us for desert! When we mentioned it she said impossible and went to put it out to us but that was the government tax thing. We said just add it we don't mind but she than said don't bother your all set ok! Not to mention our table right under ceiling fan and at high speed which would cool main course fast. That was a look but was done. This being said again food was great but that was it. We had reservations for BLT for Friday but have cancelled for the above reasons. Truthfully BILL AND JAN

   It was nice. Overpriced and not to old school ritz standards. But I guess the old Ritz is gone now since joining Marriott. I miss the way it used to be.

   Restaurant interior felt like a mix of evening dinner mixed with a restaurant that is frequently used for breakfast buffets (lighting, food warmers, empty trays were set up along the wall) .. my husband wore a blazer and I wore a dress .. almost all other guests were in tshirts (not polos) .. food was delicious and service was great but couldn’t overcome casual ambiance. We’ve dined at another Ritz at another tropical location and this experience didn’t compare for a special night out.

    We ate at 6 different top shelf restaurants this week, and this outing was in our top 2! Great food (Beef Ragu/Bolognese & Shrimp Fett) and server (Julie) was awesome! Julie was super attentive, great sense of humor, and was just a pleasure. Had nice live jazz music too! Great experience overall!
