   We were early for our reservation coming off Lady Grace sunset sail. That was 5 star amazing. Anyway we lady the hostess know we were early and we went to sit in waiting area and bench was soaking wet. My wife's pants soak through. There was apology and that was it. Were seated almost immeadialty so others would not see the challenge. Our main server had the personality of a rock. There was nothing good about that server at all. Food was great. When we asked for check if came back quickly and we immediately gave cc. When it came back we were figuring tip and noticed she had forgotten to charge us for desert! When we mentioned it she said impossible and went to put it out to us but that was the government tax thing. We said just add it we don't mind but she than said don't bother your all set ok! Not to mention our table right under ceiling fan and at high speed which would cool main course fast. That was a look but was done. This being said again food was great but that was it. We had reservations for BLT for Friday but have cancelled for the above reasons. Truthfully BILL AND JAN

   Amazing service and food. The ambience by the pool and live music made the dining experience even amazing!

   Horrific service. Stay away. Worst service I’ve ever had at a”Ritz” Completely incompetent staff, server, hostess. Save your money

   It was nice. Overpriced and not to old school ritz standards. But I guess the old Ritz is gone now since joining Marriott. I miss the way it used to be.

   Restaurant interior felt like a mix of evening dinner mixed with a restaurant that is frequently used for breakfast buffets (lighting, food warmers, empty trays were set up along the wall) .. my husband wore a blazer and I wore a dress .. almost all other guests were in tshirts (not polos) .. food was delicious and service was great but couldn’t overcome casual ambiance. We’ve dined at another Ritz at another tropical location and this experience didn’t compare for a special night out.

   We ate at 6 different top shelf restaurants this week, and this outing was in our top 2! Great food (Beef Ragu/Bolognese & Shrimp Fett) and server (Julie) was awesome! Julie was super attentive, great sense of humor, and was just a pleasure. Had nice live jazz music too! Great experience overall!

   Was expecting much more being the Ritz. Biggest complaint is how you pay; if you pay with credit card you fiscally have to get up and go over to their computer- no mobile unit But the bigger concern is that their machine doesn’t not allow you to enter a tip before cashing out. You cash out then return to your seat where they present you with another bill that you write in a tip and they then return to the computer and re enter your total—// not cool!

   The Ritz Carlton was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holidays. The menu seemed simple enough. We ordered the bruschetta which was okay, the meatballs which were undercooked, the chicken parm (sauce was incredibly sweet) the pasta with ragu sauce which was too salty and had too much cheese. The only dish that was somewhat edible was the fettuccine with shrimp. We declined dessert. Overall would not recommend.

   Location is good. Amount you get for the menu is good. Can be shared for two. Service was good as well. The food was ok. Chicken Parmesan was ok. Nothing to write home about. I expected higher quality food from a Ritz Carlton restaurant. Wish the food tasted as good as the ambiance.

    Service is the best. Very friendly and accommodating. Food is delicious!!! We sat outside and the lighting and music was perfect. Only issue was the mosquitoes.
