   It was impossible trying to find parking. Which made us half hour late. Because of that we were sat outside. There was nothing special about the food. They charge $23 for Tito Cosmo. That is absolutely absurd. Will never go back.

   The food was good overall, I received my entree in a decent amount of time after our appetizer, but my fiancés entree came out almost 15 -20 minutes after mines. To make it worse we noticed it was the wrong food once it finally came. Once we were able to get the waiter, he put in the correct order and offered his apologies and a bad excuse plus a complimentary appetizer until the entree was ready. When we got the bill we noticed we were charged for the “complimentary” appetizer.

   Blake the waiter was outstanding and the food was good Unfortunately, the staff needs some retraining. We received a text that our table was ready and it was not, so we waited a few minutes. Reservation was for 5:30, we are there our table was not ready. We were advised of a 2 hour dining limit, which was not a problem. At 7:32 as we were getting up to leave and the manager came over and said he has another party coming in and there was a 2 hour time limit. We were already standing, mind you. Additionally there was no question of how our meal was. The manager should be asked to leave and needless to say we won’t be back.

   first time here…. Biggest issue is lack of service….. took forever for our first and second round of drinks…. Was hoping for more of an introduction and someone to walk us through the menu instead we basically were just asked what we wanted. Server was more of an order taker food itself was very good….. particularly the sushi and the octopus

   This was a casual dinner evening with a family. Our server Mark made is supper special. He is knowledgeable and made great drink recommendations. He is funny and attentive. Thank you Mark for making our ordinary evening supper fun !

   We have been to Casa Sensei many times. We thought the food this time was below par. The sticky ribs are always tasty but this time were quite dry and tough. The pad Thai had barely any vegetables or chicken. What chicken was in the dish was quite dry. Very disappointing!
